      <title>Análises de RMN</title>

      <title>Espectrometria de Massas</title>
      <description>&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Q-Exactive is a hybrid benchtop equipment that combines a quadrupole with an Orbitrap mass spectometer. Obitrap has a fast scan speed and it can be used on identification and quantitation of many different compounds. The key applications of the Q-Exactive are on metabolomics, proteomics, clinical research, bioanalyses, petroleomics, forensic toxicology, environmental and food safety analyses. Orbitrap analyzer presents an ultrahigh resolution and the vacuum system can achieve a final value of 1x10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span&gt;-9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;mbar.       <title>Cromatografia Gasosa ( GC FID)</title>
      <description>&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Um Cromat&amp;oacute;grafo Gasoso (GC) &amp;eacute; um instrumento anal&amp;iacute;tico que permite analisar diversos compostos em uma amostra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;O princ&amp;iacute;pio da t&amp;eacute;cnica de cromatografia gasosa: uma solu&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de amostra &amp;eacute; inserida no injetor do equipamento e transportada por um g&amp;aacute;s atrav&amp;eacute;s de um tubo de separa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o chamado de &amp;ldquo;coluna&amp;rdquo; (H&amp;eacute;lio ou nitrog&amp;ecirc;nio podem ser utilizados para este transporte e s&amp;atilde;o chamados de gases de arraste). Os diversos componentes presentes na amostra s&amp;atilde;o separados dentro da coluna. Para quantifica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de uma amostra de concentra&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o desconhecida, um padr&amp;atilde;o conhecido dever&amp;aacute; ser injetado no equipamento. O tempo de reten&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o do padr&amp;atilde;o e sua &amp;aacute;rea ser&amp;atilde;o comparados com os da amostra e utilizados para o c&amp;aacute;lculo da concentra&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;O GC-2010 Plus permite alta precis&amp;atilde;o na an&amp;aacute;lise de tra&amp;ccedil;os com alta repetibilidade, utilizando detectores tipo FPD e FID, que apresentam os melhores resultados da categoria. Al&amp;eacute;m disso, a alta velocidade de resfriamento do forno e a tecnologia backflush diminuem o tempo de an&amp;aacute;lise, aumentando significativamente a produtividade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
